Abstract submissions
are now open!
To submit the abstract you will first need to register for the conference. Registrations are now open.
You will be notified about acceptance of your abstract within 2 weeks after submission.
You will be able to pay the registration fee using your bank card or if there is an institution paying for you, you will receive an invoice that can be paid for via bank transfer.

Abstract Submission rules:

The maximum word count is 300 and no figures or tables can be attached.

While submitting the abstract you can specify if you're open for oral presentation during the conference.

You can choose which conference session you 'd like your abstract to be included in.

You can specify if you'd like your contact details to be included in the abstract book.

You can choose whether you agree for your presentation (if your abstract is selected) to be recorded and live-streamed to online participants.
Abstract Scoring:

CLEPIC team and session chairs will score abstracts and assign them to oral or poster presentation.

All participants submitting abstracts will be notified via email about the results of the scoring process.
Poster requirements:

Posters should be in B1 format (707 × 1000 mm)
