Registration includes:

  • Name tag and electronic version of the program (printed version on request to reduce our carbon footprint).

  • Access to all program sessions during the conference.

  • Conference dinner at the poster session on 5th of June.

  • Conference Dinner on the 6th of June will take place at Old Library of the.

Abstract submission rules

  • The maximum word count is 350 and no figures or tables can be attached.

  • While submitting the abstract you can specify if you're open for oral presentation during the conference.

  • You can choose which conference session you 'd like your abstract to be included in.

  • You can choose whether you agree for your presentation (if your abstract is selected) to be recorded and live-streamed to online participants.

  • Poster requirements: A0 format (841 mm x 1189 mm), vertical orientation.
